2. My Lords desire me to observe that the arrangements made in 1868 in regard to this contribution, referred to in your letter were abrogated when the Contagious Diseases Acts were repealed.
3. With regard to the arrangement between the War Office and this Department relative to Gibraltar, to which reference is made in the concluding paragraph of your letter, My Lords desire me to forward the enclosed copy of a letter dated 3rd Instant from the War Office from which it will be seen that the contribution to the Lock Hospital at Gibraltar from Army Funds is one of £100 (one hundred pounds) only.
